the more i write and amend it, the more it fits into the "strategic plan" thing.. and the more stupid, irrelevant and insane it gets...

i have a feeling in each organisation, there is a division or something like that, which does nothing but sprout BS and cause self-perpetuating paperwork which is totally inconsequential to the whole organisation...

I think it was 2 years ago...one of the states in the US (was it Texas?) passed a new legislation legalising the consumption of roadkill. I wonder what was the reason for that....... Laughing
